Monday.com Summer Party

Monday.com brought together 270 guests for a vibrant summer party within the impressive grounds of Regent's University London.

Events by Knight was commissioned to provide interactive entertainment that complemented the relaxed setting and engaged guests throughout the event.

The Brief

The entertainment needed to be mobile, engaging and suitable for a large-scale celebration, creating memorable moments without interrupting the natural flow of the party.

What We Did

We provided:

• An upbeat roaming live band
• A professional live caricaturist
• Artist and performance coordination
• On-site entertainment management

The roaming band moved throughout the venue, encouraging guests to sing, dance and join the performance. Our caricaturist created personalised illustrations for guests to enjoy as keepsakes from the event.

The Result

The combination of live music and personalised entertainment created a fun, sociable atmosphere across the venue.

By bringing the entertainment directly to guests, we generated spontaneous interaction and memorable moments throughout the 270-guest summer celebration.
