Mail Metro Media Annual Conference – HERE at Outernet, London

Take a look at the Vlog

The Brief

Mail Metro Media approached Events by Knight to produce and deliver the entertainment for their Annual Conference a major event in their corporate calendar, bringing together teams, partners and industry leaders.

The brief was to create an immersive, high-energy entertainment experience that reflected the creativity and personality of the brand.
The entertainment needed to engage guests from arrival through to the evening celebration blending sophistication with fun and live interactivity.

Hosted by comedian Katherine Ryan, with a special guest appearance from boxing legend Lennox Lewis, the event called for a production that matched the star-studded line-up and innovative venue, HERE at Outernet, one of London’s most advanced immersive spaces.

What We Did:

Under the creative direction of Kwame Knight, we produced a Saturday Night Live–style concept, complete with a live band performing bespoke walk on stings, musical transitions, and an energetic full set later in the evening.

As the live entertainment seamlessly transitioned into the afterparty, DJ Knight and an MC took over keeping the dancefloor packed until the end of the night.

Working closely with Plain Jane Events, we managed the entertainment production, AV integration, and stage coordination within the high-tech, immersive environment of HERE at Outernet.

The Result:

A high-impact, entertainment-driven conference that combined corporate sophistication with the excitement of a live show creating an unforgettable experience for guests and organisers alike.
