Brief:

This summer corporate party we were asked to organise was held in the stunning Somerset House. This was bound to be a special celebrationas it had been over 2 years since we were able to produce one of our summer corporate parties.

Somerset House is a large neoclassical complex that is situated on the south side of The Strand in central London.

What we did:

As we hadn’t been able to produce one of our live events for 2 years the excitement was real! We couldn’t wait to get all set up and start celebrating. We had the Riverside Terrace booked out as well as the San Migue Terrace and the Seaman’s Hall.

We planned to have a barbeque outside and another bar outthere as well as the San Miguel bar. The entertainment for the night included 2 DJ’s.

We had one of the DJs on the terrace and one inside Seaman’s Hall. We also had a roaming saxophonist, a percussionist, a photo pod and 2 nitroice cream stations. With this all set up we were ready for the guests toarrive.

Our guests arrived from the Waterloo Bridge straight on to the terrace. Here they passed the San Miguel bar on to the Riverside terraceand were met with drinks upon arrival. Our guests had our DJ and wonderful saxophonist to listen to as well as the option to visit the Glam Squad and ourphoto pod. The barbeque was up and running later on as well as our nitro icecream stations for our guests to enjoy. Furthermore, the company band playedfor our guests later on in the evening for some more entertainment and even later we transformed the Seaman’s Hall into a nightclub for everyone to party until the late hours.

The stunning Somerset House was the perfect location for ourexciting return to live events in the UK. With the excitement of us at Eventsby Knight we managed to pull off a fantastic event for our guests to party intothe night!
